This is how a man traditionally asks for a woman’s hand in marriage.This is done symbolically with the entrance ceremony where close friends and relatives stand behind the groom-to-be bearing gifts and fruits offerings in exchange for the daughter’s hand in marriage. Negotiations are then made deciding who will pay for what in the wedding, traditionally the man pays for most of the wedding. Jewelry is exchanged and then the number of gifts are counted. The man’s parents gives a gift to the daughter’s parents. And last blessings are given.

Stuck in a rut, but fighting hard
Feel like I’m stuck in a rut. I’ve lost 12 pounds, then gained 2 pounds. I normally work out like crazy but the last 2 weeks I haven’t been able to get all my workouts and I’ve been having to eat out..ugg!
I’m watching my calorie intake even closer than I was…this is SO annoying!!!! I have 1 month to hit my next GW! UGG!!
